This session introduces lower-level managers to Operational Excellence (OpEx) and their role in ensuring efficient, high-quality operations, focusing on practical daily decision-making and team management.

Key Learning Objectives

By the end of the session, participants will be able to:

  • Understand what Operational Excellence means in day-to-day operations
  • Recognize their role in improving efficiency, quality, and safety
  • Identify waste, variation, and inefficiencies in their work areas
  • Apply simple OpEx tools to improve team performance
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement on the shop floor or workplace
