Guest Speaker: Alec Italiano, Director of Planning & Development, City of Greensburg

Join us for an inside look at the exciting growth and development happening in the City of Greensburg. Alec Italiano will share updates on key projects, investments, and initiatives shaping the city’s future.

Topics will include Greensburg’s first zoning update in more than 75 years, a $500,000 grant to enhance walking and biking infrastructure, downtown housing development, and the growth of co-working spaces fueling innovation. Attendees will also hear about Seton Hill University investments, the WVU Medicine expansion and city partnerships, St. Clair Park improvements, and the revitalization of legacy buildings including the Old Mellon Bank. Additional updates will include projects such as Midtown Plaza, Isely’s, and more.
