Speak to Lead: A Two-Part Public Speaking Workshop

Please note: Attendance at both sessions is required, as each workshop builds upon the previous one.

Join us for Speak to Lead, a dynamic two-part workshop presented by Emily Merola, CEO & Founder of The Blazer Society, designed to help professionals strengthen their executive presence, craft compelling messages, and deliver them with confidence.

Through interactive instruction, practical exercises, facilitator coaching, and real-world application, you'll learn how to connect with any audience, manage nerves, think on your feet, and speak with purpose and influence.

Session 1: The Audience & the Message

Wednesday, October 7 | 9:30–11:30 AM

• Understand your audience and tailor your message

• Eliminate unnecessary information
• Build credibility from the very first moments

Session 2: Executive Presence & Delivery Mastery

Tuesday, October 20 | 9:30–11:30 AM

• Develop executive presence in high-stakes situations
• Manage nerves and speak with confidence
• Improve vocal delivery, pacing, and body language
• Navigate Q&A sessions and difficult conversations with poise
