In this six session series, leaders will learn practical workforce applications to better motivate and retain one’s best employees. Participants will invest in their company/organization by utilizing authentic leadership skills and honing in on individual employee strengths to make sure your entire team is ROWING IN THE SAME DIRECTION.
Target Audience: Local leaders and employers (Managers, HR Professionals, CEOs etc.) who are wishing to invest in their organization and participate in a hands-on approach to workforce development with the goal of motivating and retaining one’s best talent internally.
