The conference will be held at Seton Hill University Performing Arts Center in Greensburg, PA from 11:30 AM- 4:30 PM (including lunch and networking social). 

This year’s conference focuses on the need for mixed-use development that incorporates market-rate downtown housing, hearing from community leaders serving populations who are generating that increased demand. 

We welcome Keynote speaker Richard Vilello – Deputy Secretary for Community Affairs and Development, and local leaders in three concurrent sessions addressing financing revitalization projects, advocacy for housing opportunities, and succession planning for businesses by BEAM COLLABORATIVE. This year’s event opens at 11:30 am for networking and a light lunch, and following our closing, all are welcome to stay for the Networking Social, including complimentary drinks and appetizers!
