Patient Services Associate Program

Description

The focus of this program is to prepare you to assist within the medical environment in administrative duties with special emphasis on acquiring proficiency in the use of the electronic health record systems needed for today’s technologically advanced healthcare environment.

By the end of your program, you will have:

• An LHWOC Patient Service Associate Diploma after 10 weeks* of class and 2 weeks of externship
• A career for today and tomorrow

• Class Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Externship schedules are determined by the site.
