In this session you will: 

• Understand why people are motivated differently.
• Learn how John Maxwell's leadership principles align with individual appreciation styles. 
• Identify their own primary workplace appreciation language. 
• Develop practical strategies to lead and encourage each team member more effectively. 
• Create an action plan to intentionally recognize and develop others.
