As part of Mental Health Awareness Month, we invite women of all ages to attend a FREE Empower Her Workshop where attendees can look forward to various activities catered to positive reflection and empowerment. There will be something for everyone, so you won't want to miss it!

What to Expect:

• Expert-led discussions on mental health topics
• Practical tips for managing stress, anxiety, and self-doubt
• Mindfulness and self-care techniques for everyday life
• A supportive, empowering community of women
