Pellman Electric Associates LLC is seeking a highly skilled and reliable Commercial Electrician Foreman to help lead our expanding operations across multiple sectors. This is a dynamic, hands-on role for experienced professionals who take pride in safe, high-quality workmanship and leadership on the job site.

Key Responsibilities

Lead electrical installation and repair projects across varied sites

Interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documents

Install conduit, control panels, wiring systems, switches, and fixtures

Ensure all work meets NEC and local codes and standards

Mentor apprentices and promote a safe, productive learning environment

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues with efficiency and professionalism

Communicate clearly with clients and team members

Maintain clean and organized job sites while adhering to safety protocols

Track progress and provide timely reports to supervisors and project managers

Collaborate with other trades and participate in company-sponsored training

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical experience (Journeyman preferred)

Strong knowledge of NEC and related codes

Proficient with power tools, meters, and electrical test equipment

Skilled in reading blueprints and technical schematics

Reliable, punctual, and self-driven with excellent work ethic

Great interpersonal and communication skills

Capable of working independently and on team-based projects

Must own basic tools, cordless kit and PPE (hard hat, boots, code book, etc.)

Valid driver’s license required
