Key Responsibilities

You’ll be expected to lead and execute critical on-site work including:

Installing, servicing, and repairing electrical systems across diverse job sites

Reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation

Installing conduit, control panels, fixtures, switches, and advanced wiring

Ensuring strict adherence to NEC and local codes for safe, compliant workmanship

Mentoring apprentices and reinforcing safe practices on the job

Troubleshooting and resolving complex electrical issues efficiently

Communicating progress and reporting to foremen and supervisors

Keeping work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols

Collaborating with other trades and participating in company-sponsored training

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical experience (Journeyman preferred)

Strong knowledge of NEC and related codes

Proficient with power tools, meters, and electrical test equipment

Skilled in reading blueprints and technical schematics

Reliable, punctual, and self-driven with excellent work ethic

Great interpersonal and communication skills

Capable of working independently and on team-based projects

Must own basic tools, cordless kit and PPE (hard hat, boots, code book, etc.)

Valid driver’s license required
