Role & Responsibilities

As a skilled technician, you’ll take ownership of:

Installing and maintaining electrical systems including power distribution, transformers, and communication infrastructure

Troubleshooting and resolving complex electrical issues

Professional communication with clients

Keep an clean, organized and stocked service van

Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams

Ensuring safe, code-compliant workmanship with minimal supervision

Coordinating effectively with teams and clients on project expectations

Documenting service activities and managing equipment/materials

Staying current on certifications and industry best practices

Qualifications

We’re looking for candidates who bring:

5+ years of hands-on electrical experience (Journeyman-level preferred)

Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities

Proficiency in reading technical plans and specifications

Professionalism and punctuality in customer interactions

Excellent time management and multitasking skills

Physical stamina for lifting, climbing, and other manual tasks

Ownership of essential tools (hand tools, meter, drill, hard hat, boots, code book)
