What You Will Do Teach welding technology courses and related certificate / continuing education programs. Support day-to-day program operations in partnership with the Program Director. Advise students through course selection, registration, and program progression. Maintain materials, supplies, equipment, and program inventory. Keep welding labs and equipment safe, functional, and industry-ready. Represent the College at recruitment events, professional meetings, and industry conversations. 

Who We Are Looking For Minimum of three years of welding industry experience. Associate degree required; prior teaching experience preferred. Strong working knowledge of welding equipment, industry standards, and code requirements. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Clear communicator who can collaborate with students, coworkers, faculty, and center leadership. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning management system software. 

Role Impact This is a hands-on coordinator role for a working professional who can teach, support students, manage lab readiness, and help build employer training partnerships.
