Inspired Women Paying It Forward (www.inspiredwomen.com) was founded by Debra Krishke in Cranberry, Pennsylvania, in 2015. What began as a simple idea has grown into a powerful movement. As of 2026, Inspired Women chapters have collectively donated more than $1 million to nonprofit organizations supporting women and girls locally and around the world.

We are a giving circle of women with big hearts who come together four times a year to network with a purpose. Our mission is simple yet powerful: “Creating Space for Women Who Have More in Their Lives to Take Action on Behalf of Women Who Have Less.”

At each quarterly meeting, members nominate their favorite 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations that serve women and girls. Three organizations are selected, and a member representing each nonprofit has five minutes to share its mission, its needs, and how the funds would make a difference. Members then vote, and the selected nonprofit receives our collective donation.

Our Inspired Women Westmoreland chapter has grown from just 22 to 65 members. And we have collectively contributed more than $123,000 to nearly 30 nonprofit organizations, making an impact both locally and globally.

We meet at 5:30 p.m. on the second Tuesday of January, April, July, and October at the beautiful Belle Terra Vineyards in Hunker, Pennsylvania.

At the heart of Inspired Women is the belief that we are part of a sisterhood that reaches near and far beyond our own community. We CARE about women—whether they are pursuing the freedom to receive an education, escaping an abusive relationship, working to build a better life for their families, or seeking safety and dignity in places where women remain vulnerable to violence and injustice.

Our collective donation is our way of Paying It Forward—because when we give together, we can make a much bigger impact.
