About

I've been in the ‘people’ business for over 40 years. The past 20 have been as an Independent Business Owner speaking and training people all over the world the power of gratitude and appreciation and how this will lead to strong relationships, better retention and more referrals.

Any business would not be a business without the PEOPLE to support it. I coach business professionals how to very effectively keep clients coming back and refer you to others. I like to say, “I coach my clients to keep their clients”. I do this by sharing tools that are simple, timeless and impactful. I help them stay at the top of their minds by leaving a positive impression. This concept is huge in employee retention as well.

The power of good relationships isn’t just for businesses either. It applies for anyone in life… 80% of what we see and hear is negative. I thrive to inspire people of all walks of life to be that person that makes others smile and feel important. I know when you do that for others, good positive things will come back to you too.

As a keynote speaker I specialize in topics like ‘The Power of Gratitude’ and 'Kindness Counts' and ‘Relationship Marketing’, just to name a few. I can speak to large or small groups, train your staff or inspire a large group.

I graduated from Penn State University, joined the retail management world and worked my way up to being a General Store Manager of three different Kmart Stores. Several times I was recognized for superior customer service and employee retention.

In the early 2000's, I became a sole entrepreneur and began my journey in the Gratitude Sharing Business with Promptings. I currently serve on the highest honorary advisory board with my current company and have earned VIP status numerous times.

Recognizing, celebrating, and appreciating people in all aspects of their lives are the keys to maintaining great relationships. This favorite quote sums it all up… ‘People will forget what you say, people will forget what you do, but people will never forget how you made them feel.’ by Maya Angelou
