Brianne started her business in November 2009 and relocated to Murrysville in October 2020. Having worked in real estate since the year 2000, Brianne has developed the skills necessary to not only be successful as an appraiser and business owner, but has been the mentor to a number of trainees who have become certified appraisers. She is both a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser and a PA Licensed Real Estate Salesperson. Additionally, she has experience as a real estate investor managing multiple residential and commercial spaces. 

Her recent endeavors have included completing all the necessary education and requirements to become an SRA and is currently a Candidate for Designation with the Appraisal Institute. She has been an active designated member of the National Association of Appraisers (MNAA) and held positions in the membership committee including being the chairperson for 2 years. She has spoken at multiple national appraisal conferences on topics related to the profession and its future development of appraiser trainees.
