Job Start: April 2024

Previous asphalt or sealcoating experience is preferred but not required!

Medical Reimbursement, AFLAC and Retirement Plans offered.

This is an hourly position with overtime. Weekdays with occasional weekends.

Potential for Bonus and Tips.

This is a seasonal position. Our season runs from April through November.

All jobs are local - within 45 minute radius of the shop.

Requirements and Duties:

• Ability to work outdoors in inclement weather
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Prepare surfaces for paving and sealing
• Assist with traffic control during job operations
• Use specialized equipment, including tamper, blowers, weed wackers, rolling machines, and asphalt paver
• Perform other construction and site maintenance tasks
• Maintain asphalt production equipment and vehicles
• Clean and sanitize asphalt production equipment
• Establish and maintain relationships with asphalt suppliers and team
• Maintain records on asphalt equipment and inventories
• Procure asphalt materials as needed
• Complete and submit all necessary receipts and invoices to office personnel
• Perform inspection and maintenance of asphalt materials
