Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Sous Chef or Head Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for the culinary arts and experience in fine dining establishments. In this role, you will assist in managing the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• - Collaborate with the Head Chef to create and execute menu items
• - Oversee food preparation, ensuring quality and consistency
• - Assist in managing kitchen staff and delegating tasks effectively
• - Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• - Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• - Contribute to menu planning and development
• - Monitor kitchen operations during service hours

Experience

• - Proven experience in a Sous Chef, Head Line Cook, or similar role
• - Strong background in fine dining or hospitality industry
• - Knowledge of kitchen management and culinary techniques
• - Familiarity with food industry trends and best practices
• - Experience in catering, food preparation, and restaurant operations
• - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
